TL;DR: Fomo is a social memecoin trading app by FOMO Labs, Inc. Code feerebate gives 10% off trading fees. Fomo's in-app referral screen says “Get a 10% discount on trading fees for a limited time” (seen 4 September 2026). Memecoins are high risk.

What is the Fomo app referral code and what does it give you?

Fomo referral code feerebate gives 10% off eligible trading fees. The referral screen appears during signup (seen 4 September 2026); the referral link applies the code for you. Third-party reviews say a code cannot be added later; not verified by us.

The app has a “Paste from clipboard” button on the referral screen, so copy first, then open the app.
Referral link. Discount shows in the app after sign-up; verify before your first trade.

How to apply the code (three steps)

  1. Tap Copy code above. Open fomo.family/r/feerebate on web, or install the iOS or Android app and choose “Have a referral code?” at sign-up.
  2. On the “Enter referral code” screen tap Paste from clipboard (or type feerebate), then finish creating the account. Email or Apple sign-in. Third-party reviews describe the account as having no seed phrase to write down; we have not verified that independently.
  3. Tap the gift box icon in the top right of the app. It shows your applied discount and your own referral code.

Primary source: the in-app referral screen captured 4 September 2026, which reads “Get a 10% discount on trading fees for a limited time”, plus the Fomo Terms of Service referral section read 3 September 2026, which forbids self-referral and allows the company to claw back rewards from abuse. Fomo publishes no end date for the discount, so its permanence is Not verified.

Phone and desktop do not behave the same way

This is where most people lose the discount, so it is worth thirty seconds.

Where you areWhat happensWhat you do
Desktop browserThe referral link carries the code in the address bar, so the sign-up form is normally opened with the referrer already attached.Nothing extra. Check the code still appears before you finish.
PhoneThe link shows the code and a download button. Installing the app breaks the chain, and nothing carries the code across the install.Copy the code first, then paste it on the referral screen yourself.

We measured this by opening the referral link on both a desktop browser and a phone on 5 September 2026. Whether the desktop parameter actually registers the referral on Fomo's side is Not verified; we are testing it and will publish the result here.

A note on codes promising more than 10%

The published referral benefit is 10% off eligible fees. Pages advertising 20%, 50% or 100% off through a referral code are describing something the program does not offer, which is a reason to distrust the rest of what they tell you.

What are Fomo app fees in 2026?

Fomo charges up to 0.5% per spot trade (0.45% with a referral code, minimum about 0.95 USD) and 0.05% plus protocol fees on perpetuals. Gas and slippage are extra. Only Apple Pay funding is confirmed by a screenshot; card deposits are third-party reported.

First purchase promo (primary, seen in app): a new account showed the banner “Get your first token with Apple Pay, $0 fee on your first purchase” on 4 September 2026. Apple Pay is the only funding method for which we hold a screenshot. Card, USDC and SOL funding are third-party reported and we have not verified them.

What 10% off means in money: on 1,000 USD of spot volume the standard fee is about 5 USD; with the code it is about 4.50 USD. On 10,000 USD of volume the saving is about 5 USD. Fomo bundles execution, routing and service into one quote you see before confirming, so the number on screen is the number you pay, plus slippage on illiquid tokens.

Sources: the fomo.family in-app quote screen (primary, 3 September 2026), cross-checked against fomobyte.com and coinspot.io (third party, 3 September 2026). Fomo can change fees at any time and the in-app quote is the authority. Listed on the sources page.

How does the Fomo app work?

Fomo is a multichain social trading app. Apple Pay funding is confirmed by an in-app screenshot (4 September 2026); other funding routes are third-party reported. You follow traders on a leaderboard and copy their buys. Which networks are documented is set out below.

Four steps from download to first trade

  1. Create an account with email or Apple sign-in. Third-party reviews say there is no seed phrase and no long KYC form to start, and that card deposits go through a regulated payment partner that may ask for identity checks. We have not verified either point.
  2. Deposit. Apple Pay funding is confirmed by an in-app screenshot dated 4 September 2026. Card, USDC and SOL deposits, and the speed at which they land, are third-party reported and not verified by us.
  3. Discover. The feed and leaderboard show who is buying what. Set alerts on traders you follow.
  4. Trade and exit. Third-party reviews report that you can buy on one network and sell on another from a single balance, and move a position between mobile and web. We have not verified either behaviour.

Is the Fomo app legit and safe?

Fomo is a funded, identifiable company: FOMO Labs, Inc., founded 2025, with about 94 million USD of disclosed equity including a Benchmark led Series A. It reports over 600,000 users and 4 billion USD in cumulative volume. The company is real; the assets traded on it are high risk.

Founders are Paul Erlanger and Se Yong Park. Funding: roughly 140 angels in 2025, a 17 million USD Series A led by Benchmark in November 2025, and a 75 million USD Series B in 2026.

Pros

  • One balance across several networks with no manual bridging, as reported by third-party reviews and not verified by us. See the networks section below for what is actually documented.
  • Apple Pay funding, confirmed by an in-app screenshot dated 4 September 2026. Card funding and deposit speed are third-party reported.
  • Social layer: leaderboard, live buys of followed traders, copy trading and alerts.
  • Web plus iOS plus Android, positions sync across devices.
  • Self-custodial account model with no seed phrase at sign-up, as reported by third-party reviews; not verified by us.

Cons

  • 0.5% spot fee is higher than a DEX aggregator on large orders; the code narrows it to 0.45%.
  • Copying leaderboard traders encourages herd behaviour; past leaderboard rank predicts nothing.
  • Perpetuals blocked for US persons; Robinhood stock tokens blocked in US, Canada, UK and Switzerland.
  • Bank withdrawals reported as US only; everyone else exits via USDC to a wallet.
  • No token or airdrop has been announced; do not trade on the assumption of one.

Supported and restricted countries

Fomo does not publish a supported list. Its Terms of Service exclude Iran, Yemen, Myanmar, North Korea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions, plus any country embargoed by the US, UK or EU and any country that bans crypto transactions. About half of web traffic comes from the United States, followed by Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia (July 2026).

Risk note: memecoins can lose most of their value in minutes, liquidity can vanish, and copy trading follows people who may be selling into you. Only trade money you can afford to lose entirely. Nothing on this page is financial advice.

How does Fomo compare with other memecoin apps?

Fomo competes with Phantom's in-wallet swaps, Moonshot, and Telegram bots such as Trojan and BullX. Fomo's distinct pieces are the social feed with live buys, one balance across several networks, and Apple Pay funding. Every figure in the table below is third-party reported.

Networks: what is actually documented

Fomo does not publish a definitive supported-network list, so we refuse to print one as fact. Below is every piece of evidence we hold, labelled by where it came from. Anything absent from this table is Not verified.

Any other networkNot verified.Not verified

Two things follow. A blog post announcing a network in late 2025 is evidence that Fomo launched it, not proof it is live for your account today. And fomofamily.com, the most rigorous competitor site we found, explicitly declines to publish a supported-network list because it says the list is account-specific. We reached the same conclusion independently and take the same position: open the network selector inside the app before you fund anything.

How we verified this page

Every claim above sits in one of four buckets: what Fomo itself published, what we measured, what only third parties report, and what is Not verified. This block says which is which. The rules are on the methodology page.
BucketWhat it covers on this page
Primary, Fomo's ownThe referral screen wording “Get a 10% discount on trading fees for a limited time” and the Apple Pay banner “Get your first token with Apple Pay, $0 fee on your first purchase”, both captured in the iOS app on 4 September 2026. Fee percentages read from the fomo.family quote screen on 3 September 2026. Restricted countries read from fomo.family/terms. Network announcements taken from Fomo blog recap posts dated September, October and November 2025.
We measured itOur own query of a third-party data API on 5 September 2026, which returned 114 of 114 positions and 100 of 100 recent trades on Solana. The arithmetic in the fee examples, computed from the rates above.
Third party only, not independently verifiedAbsence of a seed phrase, single-balance trading with no manual bridging, card, USDC, SOL and Google Pay funding, deposit and withdrawal speeds, bank withdrawals being US only, app store ratings and install counts, company funding and user totals, and the claim that a referral code cannot be added after signup.
Not verifiedWhether a referral code can be added after signup, how long the 10% discount lasts, the definitive list of networks live on any given account, execution speed, and which fiat routes work in which country.

Fomo app referral code FAQ

What is the Fomo app referral code?

Code feerebate gives 10% off eligible trading fees. The in-app referral screen, captured 4 September 2026, reads “Get a 10% discount on trading fees for a limited time”. Enter it at sign-up or use the link fomo.family/r/feerebate.

Can I add a referral code after signing up?

Not verified. The referral screen appears during signup (seen 4 September 2026) and Fomo does not document a way to add a code later. Third-party reviews state that an existing account cannot add one; we have not verified that ourselves, so we do not assert it.

Does the discount expire?

The in-app referral screen (checked 4 September 2026) says “Get a 10% discount on trading fees for a limited time.” Fomo has not published an end date. Sites that call it a lifetime discount are not quoting Fomo. The gift box screen in the app shows your current status.

Do I need KYC to use Fomo?

Third-party reviews report that sign-up needs no identity documents and that card and Apple Pay deposits go through a regulated payment partner which may require identity verification. We have not verified either point.

Is there a Fomo token or airdrop?

No token or airdrop has been announced as of September 2026. Any claim otherwise is speculation.

How do I withdraw from Fomo?

Third-party reviews report withdrawal of USDC or SOL to any wallet address, and bank withdrawals available to US accounts only. Neither is verified by us. Check inside the app.

Which countries are blocked?

Iran, Yemen, Myanmar, North Korea, DR Congo, Libya, Sudan, Cuba, Venezuela, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, plus any US, UK or EU sanctioned jurisdiction and any country that bans crypto.
